Co-founder & CEO

A seasoned proptech entrepreneur with a 20-year career spanning financial engineering, investment fund management, and commercial asset performance. Ivan previously co-founded Exquance, led digital strategy for a €500M AUM portfolio, and helped launch a €1.5B fund at Abrdn. He also co-established a national proptech accelerator and secured major enterprise contracts for BuiltAPI in Germany and Switzerland.

Olga Dentzel, CESGA

Co-founder & COO

With over 20 years in real estate financing and structured transactions, Olga brings unmatched depth in deal execution and process design. Formerly a senior executive at PwC Germany, she managed €7B in real estate transactions and led due diligence for €15B in deals. Olga also launched PwC’s digital ecosystem for real estate and advised on strategic proptech investments. She holds an MSc in Finance and EFFAS ESG certification.

Eugeny Akulov

Platform Architect & CTO

Eugeny is a digital transformation strategist and senior system architect with a track record of building proptech and fintech systems managing global alternative investment portfolios. With a background in scalable system design and high-impact integrations, he has led data infrastructure projects for clients with total AUM exceeding €100B.

Artem Konuchov

Data Architect & Team Lead

Artem has extensive experience in developing services in the real estate, urban planning, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) fields. He has conducted scientific research in the areas of GIS (Geographic Information System), public participation, and urban district optimization. Artem developed a number of successful data-driven solutions in the geospatial domain.

Alexander Kuvinov

Senior Frontend Developer

Alexander has 10 years in web-development. Engaged in creation and support of scalable web applications with server-side rendering, administrative panels with dynamic user interface. Experience in optimizing high-load web applications for any device.

Eugenia Maslennikova

Quality Assurance Engineer

Eugenia has 15 years of experience in QA (Quality Assurance) - both manual and automated testing, management and coordinating the work of QA engineers in multiple product teams.

Anton Dvornikov

Senior DevOps Engineer

Experienced infrastructure guru responsible for facilitating seamless collaboration of the development team and marking sure that our software factory is running smoothly.
