Each record contains versioning and administrative codes, full address, building and household counts, typologies (age class, garden type, social stratum, household structure), local demographic context (foreign‑resident share), routing distances to key transport nodes, broadband availability from Deutsche Telekom and cable providers, building energy demand, solar installation data, precise geolocation with accuracy flags, and annual reference. It supports granular analyses of built‑form, infrastructure access, and social context.
